1. This section does not cover:
(a) Animal brush making bristles or hair (heading no.
05.02); horse hair or horse hair waste (heading no.
05.11);
(b) Human hair or articles of human hair (heading no.
05.01, 67.03 or 67.04), except straining cloth of a kind
commonly used in oil presses or the like (heading no.
59.11);
(c) Cotton linters or other vegetables materials of
chapter 14;
(d) Asbestos of heading no. 25.24 or articles of asbestos
or other products of heading no. 68.12 or 68.13;
(e) Articles of heading30.05 or 30.06, yarn used to clean
between the teeth (dental floss), in individual retail
packages, of heading no. 33.06;

- Chapter-63- notes.-
1. Sub-chapter 1 applies only to made up article,of any textiles, of
any textile fabrice.
2. Sub-Chapter 1 does not cover:
(a) Goods of chapters 56 to 62 :or
(b) worn clothing or other worn articles of heading no. 63.09,
3. Heading no. 63.09 applies only to the following goods:
(a) Articles of textile materials:
(i) Clothing and clothing accessories, and parts thereof;
(ii) Blankets and travlling rugs;
(iii) Bed linen , table linen, toilet linen and kitchen linen;
(iv) Furnishing articles , other than carpets of heading nos. 57.01 to 57.05 and
tapestries of heading no.58.05;
(b) Footwear and headgear of any material other than asbestors:
In order to be classified in this heading , the articles mentioned above must
comply with both of the following requirmemts:
(i) They must show signs appreciable wear, and
(ii) They must be presented in bulk or in bales, sacks or similar packings.
